Vancouver, Canada: USA 2017
We continued on our journey and headed over the Canadian border into British Columbia. It was a Sunday lunchtime and there wasn’t much of a queue at the border.

From here we headed straight to Vancouver and hopped on a little passenger ferry to Granville Island for a few hours. It was a very busy, but interesting market place. We found a couple of hours was ample. The next day we spent touring Vancouver on foot, first heading to the Steam Clock in Vancouver’s Victorian Gastown before the crowds could gather – and they did.

Then we did a tour of the city taking in the Art Gallery building, the library, Canada Place and the harbour front before finishing off with a tour around Stanley Park.

We took the seawall path to Prospect point. Stopped here for refreshments then headed round to East Beach and English bay. A great day with serious amounts of walking!
